AIESEC Local Committee in Poznan

AIESEC Local Committee in PoznańAIESEC is a global non-governmental non-profit organisation run by students that provides young people with leadership development and cross-cultural global internship and volunteer exchange experiences across the globe. The main vision of AIESEC is to provide people with peace and development of humankind’s potential. The AIESEC network includes over 86,000 members in 126 countries and territories. It is the largest youth-run organization in the world.Local Committee in Poznań was established in 1971 and it's one of 16 committees in Poland. Poznań is located on the western part of our country. The mission of our current Executive Board is to impact the world through the development of future leaders who are responsible proactive, entrepreneurial, conscious and ready to shape their reality.Our values:

In our iGCDP programme (incoming Global Community Development Programme) there are three teams responsible for your development and making this project life-changing experience:

 

Education Delivery team runs the recruitment process, is responsible for your preparation to participation in the project and cares for your personal development while participating in it. The current Project Managers of this programme are Adrianna Majewska (January-February edition) and Marcin Naranowicz (February-April edition).

 

Education Sales team takes care of everything that is connected with your working at schools – from winning over the schools to mediating between you and the teachers you’ll be cooperating with. Basically the main purpose is to watch over your progress and satisfaction of the schools. The current Project Managers of this programme are Agnieszka Nawrot (January-February edition) and Anna Dziubata (February-April edition).

 

Global Host and BeBuddy team is responsible for both your accommodation while staying at Poznań and finding students willing to help you at the beginning of your adventure here in Poland. The current Project Manager for both editions is Michał Pogorzelski.

 

 

In our iGIP programme (incoming Global Internship Programme) there is one but more complex team which takes care for your professional experience. This project offers you paid management and technical internships. They are normally long term in nature and involve working on diverse business projects and in different organizations. The aim of this team is to run the recruitment process and finding convenient companies that will allow you to develop in terms of your professional career. The current Project Manager of this programme is Marta Pelc.
