What AIESEC provides

Accomodation:

All interns are provided with accommodation for the duration of a given project, except for longer breaks or holidays. You may be accommodated in:

  • dormitories

  • rented rooms/flats

  • private houses with so called host families

In all locations, you will be provided with a bed and an access to the Internet. Rooms as well as other facilities like a kitchen or a bathroom are usually shared with one or two other interns. Please note - in a project you will be changing place of work and stay every week and for weekend you might travel back to Poznan.

Global Host

Global Host is a program that provides accommodation for our EPs on weekends and during work days. It's a great opportunity to get to know Polish culture closer, make life-long friendships and get familiar with everyday life in Poland.

Food

In educational projects, on school days, you will be served a hot meal in the school’s cafeteria. It is worth mentioning that in Poland dinner is served fairly early, around 2-4 pm. All the costs of other meals and food during weekends interns must cover on their own.

Support

In every school there will be at least one teacher that speaks English and that will help you in case of any troubles as well as answer your questions.

The AIESEC Local Committee in Pozna realizes Buddy programme. Each intern is given a buddy that can help them deal with everyday problems, pick up from the airport or go out in the evening. Buddies are simply Polish students that volunteer to help.

If you have any problem you can always contact someone from the team you work with.
