
Our projects
This time you have a chance to take part in one of the educational projects, which takes place on the territory of the Wielkopolskie and the Lubuskie voivodships in Poland, called AIESEC Education which is comprised of 3 subprojects: International Kindergarten, KidsSpeak, WorldTalks. During these projects you will be working together with another EP one week at different schools.

The aims of all the above mentioned programmes are:
- personal development of both students and volunteers
- intercultural communication enhancement
- social development and social impact
- sharing experience
- adapting to different institutional challenges
- changing peoplesâ attitudes
- leadership development
- teaching English, breaking language barrier
- providing educational activities (sessions, workshops) on culture, art, basics of management or social issues
- supporting staff of the working place in everyday activities in order to fulfil NGOâs mission
- promotion of events organized by NGO, aligned with its social service mission
- supporting NGOâs functioning by interns knowledge and skills

International Kindergarten

Target group: children attending kindergartens (3-6 years old)
Main themes:
-Interculturality
Learning points:
- running workshops about intern’s country
- presenting culture and tradition of home country
- teaching songs, dances, rhymes, poems in English and intern's native language
- organizing free time for children, playing and integrating with them
- looking after children

KidSpeak

Target group: students attending primary schools (6-13 years old)
Main themes:
- I am a WORLD CITIZEN
Learning points:
- to propagate cultural diversity
- to boost children's curiosity
- to promote equality
- to raise awareness
- to propagate healthy lifestyle
- to enhance children’s physical and mental development
- to promote EP’s local culture
Language: min. upper-intermediate English
WorldTalks

Target group: students attending junior high schools and high schools (13-19 years old)
Main themes:
- We are different but we are together
Learning points:
- sharing your life experience knowledge about your country / society / traditions and motivation during a series of English lessons with teenagers
- creative thinking, acting and teaching
- to propagate positive attitudes towards local and foreign cultures
- to promote equality
- to raise awareness
- to help students to form their own opinions
- to develop a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives
- personal development of both students and volunteers
- to teach students more advanced English
- to help students to form their own opinions
- extra emphasis on leadership development
