You can get to station by trams and buses - the stop is 'Dworzec Zachodni' or 'Dworzec Główny'. 



From Poznan you can travel to the most of  largest cities in Poland (Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Krakow, Torun) and other countries (especially Germany , i.e. Berlin, Frankfurt Oder, Munich). 

There are several types of trains:

  • EN/EC - international routes operated in conjunction with foreign rail operators

  • BWE/BGE - operated by PKP Intercity, express trains to Berlin

  • Ex/EIC -  operated by PKP Intercity, express trains to largest polish cities

  • TLK - operated by PKP Intercity, fast trains to most of polish cities

  • InterRegio, RegioExpress - operated by Przewozy Regionalne,  fast trains to some polish cities.

  • REGIO - operated by Przewozy Regionalne, Koleje Wielkopolskie and other regional operators.
